 Refunds and Returns

You have the right to cancel an order any time, please contact us by email or telephone to do so.

All returns require a maximum of 48 hours notice after delivery. Within 24 hours of this request we will arrange a time and date to fulfill your return request.

Upon returning goods, we can offer you four options:

• Repairing the damaged good/goods
• Replacement of the good/goods returned
• Full Refund of the good/goods returned
• Credit placed on your trade account, this credit would applied to your next order

Full refunds for monies paid will be returned within 48 hours of your cancellation or return request
